9 Landscaping projects with a total value of approximately $7.64 million; This includes the following projects: (a) Term contracts for grass cutting, horticulture and arboriculture maintenance works at Chong Pang, Nee Soon East, Nee Soon Central and Nee Soon North, which are expected to be completed by March 2021; (b) Landscaping and associated works at Bedok area, which is expected to be completed by September 2020; and (c) Term contract for fabrication and supply of floating wetlands system to Housing and Development Board (“HDB”) which is expected to be completed by December 2020 and distributorship of floating wetlands system for non-HDB projects for a period of 3 years. |

Supply and lay of turfing, trees, planting strip with associated planting media, landscaping works, testing and commissioning works and all others necessary accessories works for the proposed new erection of a 4/5 storey (with basement car park) civic centre (Wisma Geylang Serai) with ancillary facilities on Lot MK 23-07408W Geylang Serai (Geylang) – BDT11/15A with a contract value of approximately $0.27 million. The contract was awarded by Pal-Link Construction Pte Ltd and is expected to be completed by 14 January 2018.
2016
Supply and installation of softscape and landscaping works for (i) Proposed extension of a 10storey hotel development to existing Crowne Plaza Hotel on Lot 04594L PT MK 31 at airport boulevard (Changi Planning Area), and (ii) Proposed development of ancillary buildings for Changi East to Effect 3 runways operation (package 1), with contract value of approximately $0.33 million. The contracts were awarded by Green Forest Landscape Pte Ltd and PBT Engineering Pte Ltd and are expected to be completed in November 2016 and July 2020 respectively.

Design, execute, complete and maintain soft-scape & irrigation works to level 1, level 4, level 5 & level 7 for addition and alteration works to existing podium at 6 Shenton Way on Lot 0083N PT TS30, Singapore with a contract value of approximately $0.48 million. The contract was awarded by Green Forest Landscape Pte Ltd and is expected to be completed by 30 June 2016;
Supply, delivery and plant of landscape and irrigation system works at proposed public housing development comprising 3 blocks of 16-storey, residential building (total 478 units), with multi-storey carpark, ESS & Precinct Pavilion at Jurong West Street 42/Jurong West Avenue 2 (Jurong West N5C16) with a contract value of approximately $0.29 million. The contract was awarded by Green Forest Landscape Pte Ltd and is expected to be completed by 30 June 2016.
